Patricia France is the co-owner of Integrity Anesthesia Group, PLLC, a medical company that provides anesthesia care to rural hospitals near Fort Smith, Arkansas. Ms. France works closely with area doctors to provide quality care to patients in need of anesthesia. In addition, her company organizes meetings and events for the State Association of Anesthesia and spearheads state lobbying efforts.

Ms. France brings to her current position over 35 years of nursing experience. After years of working in hospitals and intensive care units, Ms. France started Integrity Anesthesia Group in 2007. A registered nurse, Ms. France received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Friends University in Kansas in 1982. She later became an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). In 1999, Ms. France graduated from Friends University with a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. She is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Ms. France serves as the executive director of the Arkansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She maintains an affiliation with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the American Nurses Association. A quarter horse enthusiast, she is also a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
